Seasonal/Construction Jobs: Variable, potentially adding 15–30 positions during build or harvest phases.
Gen 7 Gas Bar
Estimated 8 full-time Jobs.
Includes fuel attendants, retail clerks, shift supervisors, and site maintenance.
Forage Farms
Estimated 1–2 full-time (plus seasonal).
Initial phase: 1 full-time farm/forest tender. Seasonal harvest crews may add 3–5 temporary jobs during peak periods.
Nano Encapsulation
Estimated 3-4 full-time.
Lab technicians, quality control, and packaging roles once production is underway.
Steel Prefabricated Homes Manufacturing Plant
Estimated 15-20 full-time.
Manufacturing line workers, welders, assemblers, quality control, logistics, and administration.
Hatchery in a Box
Estimated 1-3 full-time.
Hatchery manager and technicians; potential for additional seasonal hires during fish release cycles.
Geothermal IP Development
Estimated 4–6 full-time (plus contractors).
Field engineers, plant operators, maintenance staff; indirect jobs during construction phase could be higher.
